1. Exchange Policy

MimiTots offers exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by its original tags and proof of purchase.All exchange requests must be submitted within the specified 15-day period. Requests received after this period will not be accepted.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning products for an exchange, unless the exchange is due to an error or defect confirmed by MimiTots.

3. Refund & Damaged Product Policy

MimiTots follows a No Refund Policy. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer care team for assistance. Once a claim has been reviewed and approved by MimiTots, you may select another product of equal value from our website. Approved claims will be processed within 15 working days.

4. Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order before it has been processed for shipment. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be available, and our Return & Exchange Policy will apply. After dispatch, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS, along with tracking details (where applicable), to monitor your shipment.
